1. Click Get started at the top of the site and sign up with Google or with your email address and a password.
2. If you used email, open the verification link we send you.
3. Enter your company name, country, city and time zone. Choose the access level: Private (a passenger sees only the route they join), Organization (all company routes) or Public (no password). Confirm that the choice is permanent.
4. Mark your main destination on the map – the school for school buses, the workplace for staff shuttles – and click Create company. The panel opens.

Tip: The access level cannot be changed later. Times in trips and reports follow the company's time zone.

1. In the panel, open Routes and click Add New Route.
2. Give the route a name, for example “Morning shift – Center”.
3. Set a route username and route key. Passengers join the route with these two, or with the route's QR code.
4. In the route builder, place the start and end points on the map and add waypoints where the vehicle should pass.
5. Save the route. In the Routes list, the QR code button gives you a printable QR code and an invite link for passengers.
6. Use Stops in the route's row to add stops and Timetable to enter departure times. Passengers choose their stop in the app and are notified when the vehicle approaches.

Tip: Share the route username, key and QR code only with the passengers of that route. Renew QR invalidates the old code.

1. Open Drivers and click Add driver. Enter the name and phone, then choose a username and key.
2. Open Vehicles and add your vehicles with their plate number and capacity.
3. Assign each vehicle to its route and driver. Then on Routes, open Timetable for the route and enter departure and arrival times and days; the dashboard shows each day's planned trips.
4. Send the driver the QR code (QR code button in Drivers) or the driver username and key, together with a link to the Route Driver app.
5. When the driver adds the account, Drivers shows “Awaiting owner approval”. Click Approve – only then can the driver start trips.

Tip: A driver can only start trips with the vehicles assigned to them on that route. Cancelling a driver's link changes the driver key, so the old key and QR code stop working.

1. Install Route Driver and sign up with your own email address. This is your personal account.
2. Tap + and scan the QR code your company gave you, paste the invite link, or enter the driver username and driver key.
3. Wait for the company owner to approve you. Until then the app shows “Awaiting company owner approval”.
4. Open My trips, choose your route, choose the direction (Outbound/Return) if the route has a separate return road, and tap Start trip. Allow location access when the phone asks.
5. You can lock the screen or use other apps during the trip; a notification shows that your location is being shared. At the end, tap End trip.

Tip: Do not swipe the app closed during a trip: sharing stops until you open it again. “Weak GPS signal” means positions wait until the phone gets a better fix.

1. Install Route Passenger and sign up with your own email address.
2. Tap + and scan the route's QR code, paste the invite link, or enter the route username and route key. Public transport companies can be chosen from a list without a key.
3. Your company appears under Companies and its routes under Routes. Tap the pencil to give an account your own name, such as “Ece — School” or “My work shuttle”; each account keeps its own default route.
4. Open My service. While a trip is running you see the vehicle move and how long ago its last position arrived.
5. In My Account, choose your pickup point on the map, save, then tap Propose this point. The company approves it and adds you to its passenger list.
6. In the Routes tab choose your stop under My stop and turn on Approach notifications: you are notified when the vehicle approaches and see the estimated arrival. The company's announcements are here too.

Tip: No vehicle on the map? The trip has probably not started yet.

1. The vehicle does not appear for passengers: check that the driver started the trip and that location access is allowed on the driver's phone.
2. The driver sees “Awaiting company owner approval”: approve the request in Drivers (guide 3). “Approved – awaiting vehicle and route assignment” means the driver still needs a vehicle on a route.
3. “Username or key is incorrect” or “Invalid QR”: check the spelling (keys are case-sensitive) or ask for the current QR code – a renewed QR replaces the old one.
4. The position updates slowly: the driver's phone may have weak signal, or battery saving may restrict the app. Set the app's battery use to Unrestricted.
5. A passenger's pickup point is not in the passenger list yet: their proposal waits under Passengers → Pickup requests. Check it on the map and approve or reject it.
